Illusion/Delusion

One of the worst sabatoges is telling myself that I look glam then seeing the pictures that tell me I am delusional. I keep thinking my face must be changing. I am exercising, so my arms must be changing. This thing takes a loooong time. I have to get prepared and be sure I am in for the long haul. No instant gratification here. I looked at this and just thought "extra." That's what I am - extra body. Just extra excess.

Not overly encouraged today. Have been working crazy hours. Even if my gym were open at 1am, I probably wouldn't go then anyway. And missed tennis which was a big disappointment. The positive side is that I actually am missing exercise which is a good sign. Hopefully work will calm down a bit today and I can hit a well-earned pilates class.

Thought for getting through the morning: Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming. If you haven't watched Finding Nemo in a while, you should.

GO LUCIA!!!
International support is finally here!
Praha and I are cheering you on!

Remember even if you don't want to go anywhere or do anything! Stretch!! For some reason it always makes me feel better and longer:)

Your earlier blog said that you go to Curves. A friend of mine is a nurse and she had mentioned that a lot of women have had problems after Curves classes.

For one reason only, stretching, it isn't included before or after the work out. So just a friendly reminder don't forget to stretch!

I know that you will succeed in your goal! Don't forget we are all supporting you! From the US to Switzerland to the Czech Republic!
Work it girl!

Lu, gorgeous Lu. Be patient and remember that every day is a challenge. Like Gina, I say stretch and BREATHE. Breathe in love and breathe out fear. It's all scary and hard and overwhelming, but you can kill the fear with love. Love for your beautiful self and others.

Keep up the hard work and remember baby steps. One day of maintaining is better than one day of gaining. Think of our memories to bring smiles to your heart.

love you!!!

You always look glam. If I were a girl I would wear this new kind of glossy lip glossy gloss: http://www.nytimes.com/2006/06/22/fashion/thursdaystyles/22skin.html

Maybe I will wear it anyway.

I think it would look good on you. Not that you don't shine already.
