Arrrgh!
Chipper this morning. Laughing. Went to bed giggling and woke up with the warm, happy laughter hangover that is totally precious. Today I am grateful. After a yucky week, I woke up with some clarity. And this is thanks to amazing friends: friends who check on me, inspire me, who cheer me, who encourage me, who listen to me, and who love me when I forget how to do it myself. I am ceaslessly amazed at the wisdom of people so young and so busy. I am grateful for friends who know me so well. For cake with candles. For long time companions who lift me up when I can't do it on my own. :) Just thinking these thoughts brings me back to where I want to be. Thank you.Weight today: I didn't look. And, trust me, we don't want to know. Anyway, that's not what it's about today...

A belated happy birthday from a girl in the 'hood. Your Mom's hood anyway. I hope you will get past a miserable person's criticism and see that their acid comes out of a soul corrupted by the pursuit of status and self-importance. It is not worthy of attention as it has no truth or clarity. 9/11 was a tragedy, but it does not define us as a nation. I celebrate my anniversary on the 11th and am happy to have something else to think about, as do you. You have more intelligence in your little finger than that witch had in her whole life. You are too good to give her any consideration!
